SERVICES:
Staying at this luxurious resort you will always have the exceptional best service. The staff are very professional, helpful, and approachable. Service is provided at all hours of the days and immediate attention is given. We were greeted at the airport when we first reached Bora Bora with fresh flower garlands. In addition, a boat transfer to the hotel was organized for us. This was very convenient, and we felt very welcomed once we landed in Bora Bora. It gets even better when you reach the resort, and you are greeted with traditional Polynesian music and a welcome drink. We were also given a tour of the resort and then taken to our bungalow. The front desk was very helpful and had all the answers to our questions. The restaurant staff were very respectful and kind, the best thing was that they always remembered our names. One of the stories we take away from our experience at the restaurant is when one of the staff members gave Heerali a flower crown without asking for nothing in return, this was a simple act of kindness. In addition, the concierge had helped us set up a romantic dinner and an ATV experience with Bora Bora ATV quad adventures. The best thing is that there is always a smile on their faces and always greeted when passing by.
LIVING SPACE:
This resort offers vast options of bungalows. The bungalows included are beachside, Lagoon overwater, Horizon overwater, end of pontoon Horizon overwater, and Poevai overwater suites. The beach bungalows were facing the lagoon area and having its own private beach access. The Lagoon overwater bungalow has a combination of both the beach and lagoon view and a lot of fishes to be seen. The Horizon overwater bungalow was what we had, and it offers absolute peace and tranquility, with unsurpassed views of the reef and Motu Piti islands. The end of pontoon Horizon overwater bungalows offer the most privacy and best for honeymooners and best views from the resort. With so many options you cannot go wrong and be ready to have the time of your life being over the beautiful waters of Bora Bora.
DINING:
There are two restaurants on the resort: Noa Noa Restaurant and Vini Vini Bar & Restaurant. The morning starts off with a delicious breakfast at Noa Noa Restaurant from 6am to 10am. The breakfast has a large variety of food choices ranging from fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs and much more. It is a buffet style so you can eat as much you like. The view while eating breakfast on the patio is a beautiful view of the bungalows, beach, and lagoon. Dinner is also offered at this sophisticated French cuisine style every night. In addition, the Vini Vini Bar & Restaurant is great place to have a light snack, lunch, and drinks right next to the lagoon. There is happy hour every day during sunset. Furthermore, there is also room service and romantic dinner on the beach or the bungalow. We had an in room romantic dinner set up on out deck and it was wonderful enjoying the views right from your own villa. This was worth the experience. From all these choices you will always have a choice of food and drinks that will keep your day going full.
AMENITIES:
There are many amenities offered at the resorts which include: water sports, resort activities, and excursions. There are many water sports that can be rented such as paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, and outrigger canoe. We really enjoyed snorkeling around the lagoon and paddle boarding around the bungalows. The resort activities along with the lagoon area and the pool are the indoor activities such as ping pong, billiards, and fun games on our Wii console. In addition, there are cultural shows every day which include a traditional costume demonstration and much more. Also, there are weekly traditional Polynesian dance shows which is a must and should not be missed. There are many excursions that you can book which include diving, jet ski, jeep tour and much more.
So, we invite you all to go on this voyage and be able to experience what we did, and you will be left with the feeling of joy and excitement.
